Project Overview
Living Proof is a line of science-backed hair care solutions to revolutionize hair care with science-based technology that is safe and effective in achieving healthy hair goals. Our goal was to enhance the new user experience in product discovery and decision-making. This research-focused project will evaluate the brand's current product discovery and website navigation experience. Our team will compare it with competitors, iterate recommendations, and aim to maximize customer cart value in the Living Proof desktop journey. 
My Contributions
Throughout the semester, I focused on managing and contributing to team activities, making sure we develop a successful project. One key example was coordinating the breakdown of tasks during the affinity diagramming process, where our team analyzed user interviews to identify patterns and insights. My role involved dividing responsibilities, synthesizing findings, and ensuring all members had a chance to contribute effectively. These efforts demonstrated my ability to champion deliverables and foster collaboration among team members.

This semester offered opportunities to explore and strengthen my skills across UX specializations, particularly in UI and visual design. I contributed to mockups and high-fidelity design work to improve my proficiency. I reflected on my current skill level, identified areas for growth, and outlined an idea on my strengths and weaknesses when it comes to design. Through this process, I ensured steady progress in developing a specialized skill set that aligns with professional expectations in the field. This is my design from scratch of their website.

This semester, I took on significant responsibilities in monitoring milestones and keeping the project on track. I helped create structured meeting agendas and action plans to guide our team discussions and decisions. Leading team meetings and keeping detailed notes allowed me to track progress and ensure alignment with our project goals. Additionally, I contributed to the development of our UX project proposal by creating outlines and organizing our task lists. These actions emphasize my growing skills in both organizing and leading complex projects.
